Tiny Tim Sandwich Cookies Recipe
Ingredients

    1 cup glucose, divided
    2 to 3 falls red meals coloring
    2 to 3 falls natural meals coloring
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup shortening
    1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
    FROSTING:
    2 cups confectioners' sugar
    3 tbsps butter, softened
    4-1/2 tsp heavy cooking cream
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
    Red and natural foods covering, optional

Directions

    In a normal size dish, merge 1/2 cup glucose and red meals coloring; set aside. In another normal size dish, merge staying glucose with natural meals coloring; set aside.
    In a large dish, lotion the butter, reducing and confectioners' glucose until light and comfortable. Defeat in draw out. Progressively add flour and mix well. Shape into 1/2-in. paintballs.
    Place 1 in. apart on ungreased cooking linens. Cover bottom of two cups with cooking apply, then dip one in red glucose and the other in natural glucose. Level biscuits alternatively with prepared cups, redipping in glucose as needed.
    Prepare at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until sides are gently browned. Eliminate to cable shelves to cool completely.
