Rainbow marble or layer cake recipe
This bright spectrum dessert can be used for wedding desserts, special events and just about any moment you want to make a sprinkle of color. It looks and preferences excellent and is quite easy to beat up!

Ingredients:

    2 glasses plain flour, sifted
    1½ glasses sugar
    1 tablespoons baking powder
    ¾ cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla flavor extract
    125g butter, softened
    3 egg, gently beaten

Food colouring

    red
    yellow
    pink
    green
    orange
    purple
    blue

Buttercream icing

    200g butter, softened
    2 tablespoons vanilla flavor extract
    2 1/2 glasses frosting glucose mixture
    2 tablespoons milk

Method:

Preheat range to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Line 2 x 20cm round dessert cans with baking paper and set aside.

To make the dessert mixture, position the flour, glucose and baking powdered into a dish. Using a combining machine, defeat in the dairy, vanilla flavor, butter and egg until mixed. Beat for 4 moments.

Divide the combination equally between seven containers. Using the meals coloring, shade each dish of combination the colors of the spectrum (please see Notices for guidelines on meals colouring).

In the first dessert tin, add in the red, yellowish, light red and 50 percent of the natural mixture. Pour each directly into the center of the tin to make levels.

Repeat with the second dessert tin, beginning with the staying natural combination and then the lemon, violet, and red.

Bake for 20 moments or until center of desserts recovery after being moved gently. Remove from cans and cool on a cable holder until ready to snow.

Icing

With an electric combining machine, defeat the butter until it is light and comfortable. Progressively defeat in the vanilla flavor and frosting combination, 50 percent a cup at some point. Beat in the dairy at the end until well integrated.

To set up, position the dessert with the red bottom on a providing dish and spread ½ cup of frosting over the top using a flat-bladed blade.

Place the second dessert on top and cover the whole dessert with the staying frosting.
Notes:

    This is a no-fuss dessert. You can basically throw the dessert substances into a combining dish and defeat it well to get an excellent dessert.
    The amount of meals coloring you add is up to your attention. You can use fluid or gel coloring for this formula. Just add a little at one some time to mix until you have large that you want. I used red and red to make violet combination and red and yellowish to make lemon combination.
    Avoid giving this dessert to anyone with understanding to meals coloring. You can try using natural meals coloring but you will not get the same vivid end result.
    If you want the buttercream frosting to be white, you will need to defeat it for around 5 moments.
