2/3 cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavor essence
2 egg, gently beaten
1 cup self-raising flour
1/3 cup chocolate, sifted
1/2 tsp. bicarbonate soda
125ml (1/2 cup) milk
Chocolate buttercream frosting
60g saltless butter, softened
1 1/4 glasses icing glucose, sifted
1 tablespoons chocolate, sifted
1 tablespoons milk
Preheat range to 180°C traditional or 160°C fan-forced. Range cupcake cans with situations.
Using a mixing machine, lotion butter, glucose and vanilla flavor until frothy and comfortable. Progressively add egg and mix until just mixed.
Combine flour, chocolate and bicarbonate soft drinks. Add to creamed combination with dairy products. Defeat until just mixed.
Spoon combination into ships until each situation is one third complete. Prepare for 15-20 moments.
To create the chocolate butter cream
Beat butter until mild and comfortable. Add icing glucose and chocolate and merge well. Defeat in dairy products until combination is comfortable.
These cupcakes are extremely fast and have a mild comfortable structure.
Do not overfill the situations otherwise you won't get 18 cupcakes out of this formula.
If you want a wider bite of icing on top then you'lll need to improve the volumes in the buttercream formula.
