Peppermint Meltaways Recipe
Ingredients

    1 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper mint extract
    1-1/4 glasses all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup cornstarch
    FROSTING:
    2 tbsps butter, softened
    1-1/2 glasses confectioners' sugar
    2 tbsps 2% milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper mint extract
    2 to 3 falls red foods covering, optional
    1/2 cup mashed pepper mint candies

Directions

    In a normal size dish, cream butter and confectioners' glucose until light and comfortable. Defeat in draw out. Merge flour and cornstarch; progressively add to creamed combination and mix well.
