Peppermint Hard Candy Recipe
 This easy-to-make clear hard sweets has a great taste from the mixture of pepper great and vanilla flavor ingredients. Plus, the eye-catching candies won't adhere to your teeth



Ingredients

    1 tbsp butter
    2 glasses sugar
    1 cup light maize syrup
    1 to 1-1/2 tsp pepper mint extract
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor extract
    6 to 8 falls green foods shading, optional

Directions

    Line a 13-in. x 9-in. pan with metal aluminum foil. Oil the metal aluminum foil with 1 tbsp set aside. In a large heavy pot, merge glucose and maize syrup. Bring to a steam over method warm, mixing sometimes. Cover and prepare for 3 minutes to melt glucose gems. Uncover; prepare over medium-high warm, without mixing, until a sweets heat range gauge flows 300° (hard-crack stage).
