Peppermint Fudge Recipe
Ingredients

    1-1/2 tsp butter, softenes
    2 oz. Philadelphia® Lotion Dairy product, softenes
    2 glasses confectioners' sugar
    3 tablespoons baking cocoa
    1 tsp. 2% milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor extract
    1/4 cup sliced nuts
    PEPPERMINT LAYER:
    2 oz. Philadelphia® Lotion Dairy product, softenes
    2 glasses confectioners' sugar
    1-1/2 tsp 2% milk
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    1/4 cup mashed peppermint candy

Directions

    Line the bottom and sides of an 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pan with aluminum foil. Oil aluminum foil with 1-1/2 tsp butterr; set abaye.
    In a normal size dish, defeat cream cheese until frothy. Progressively defeat in the confectioners' glucose, chocolate, dairy products and vanilla flavor until sleek. Mix in almonds. Propagate into prepared pan. Cool for 1 time or until company.
    For peppermint part, defeat cream cheese in a normal size dish until frothy. Progressively defeat in the confectioners' glucose, dairy products and draw out until sleek. Mix in peppermint sweets. Propagate equally over chocolate part. Cool for 1 time or until company.
    Using aluminum foil, lift fudge from pan. Carefully peel off aluminum foil. Cut into pieces. Yield: 1-1/4 pounds.
