Pecan Cherry Bark Recipe
I just really like to make sweets at Christmastime. This well-known sweets brings together pecans, candy and cherries—it is crispy, lovely and simply yummy!—Sue Kauffman, Mexico Town, Indiana

Ingredients

    1/4 cup butter, cubed
    1/2 cup packed brownish sugar
    Sprint floor nutmeg
    Sprint floor cinnamon
    1-3/4 glasses sliced pecans
    1 lb sweets candies defending, coarsely chopped
    3 tbsps. reducing, divided
    1 lb dairy products products sweets candies defending, coarsely chopped
    1 lb white-colored sweets defending, coarsely chopped
    1-3/4 glasses dry cherries or cranberries

Directions

    In a large package, liquefy butter; add the brownish glucose, nutmeg and nutmeg. Bring to a boil; prepare and mix until glucose is damaged, about 3 minutes. Add pecans; toss to cover. Transfer pecan mixture to a foil-lined pan. Awesome absolutely.
    In a microwave, liquefy sweets candies defending and 1 tbsps. shortening; mix until sleek. Propagate into a wax Sheet-lined 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. pan.
    Liquefy dairy products products sweets candies defending add 1 tbsps. shortening; mix until sleek. Propagate over sweets element. Do it again with white-colored sweets defending and remaining reducing. Propagate over dairy products products sweets element. Propagate with sugared pecans and cherries; press down carefully. Let stand until set. Crack into items. Yield: 4 weight.
