Pecan Caramel Clusters Recipe
 A box of this delightful home made sweets does an excellent job of displaying your passion on Valentines Day or any moment. Ingredients

    1 package (14 ounces) caramels
    2 tbsps water
    2 tbsps butter
    2 glasses coarsely sliced pecans
    4 oz. white sweets covering, coarseely chopped
    4 oz. chocolates sweets covering, coarselly chopped

Directions

    In a microwave-safe dish, merge the caramels, the water and butter. Microwave, discovered, on great for 3 to 3-1/2 moments, mixing every Half a minute. Mix in pecans.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto oiled cooking linens. Lock up for 15-20 moments or until set.
    In a microwave-safe dish, merge sweets coverings. Microwave, discovered, on great for 1-2 moments, mixing every 15 seconds; stir until sleek. Dip caramel groups in coating; allow excess to drop off. Place on wax paper-lined cooking linens. Cool until firm. Yield: about 2 pounds.
