Peanut Butter Easter Eggs Recipe

    1/2 cup butter, softened
    2-1/3 glasses confectioners' sugar
    1 cup graham party cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup frothy Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor extract
    1-1/2 glasses chocolates chips
    2 tbsps shortening
    Light sprinkles


    In a large dish, cream butter; progressively add the confectioners' glucose, party cracker food crumbs, peanut butter and vanilla flavor. Shape into 16 eggs; place on wax paper-lined cooking linens. Cool for 30 minutes or until firm.
    In a microwave, liquefy choc snacks and shortening; mix until sleek. Dip egg in chocolate; allow excess to drop off. Beautify with sprinkles; return egg to wax document. Cool until set. Store in an air-tight package in the fridge. Yield: 16 egg.
