all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
Baking powdered 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
eggs 2
Milk 1/4 cup
melted Butter or Oil 3 tbsp
Maple syrup/Honey to drop on top
fried egg for providing with pancakes

How To Prepare Hotcakes :

Mix flour, sodium, glucose and cooking powdered in combining dish.

Add egg.... mix well.

Add dairy products and create a combination... stir well.

Let the combination relax for 15-20 moments.

Heat pan to max, gently cover the outer lining area with oil/butter.

Then using a big information or straight add the combination on the pan.... (don't try to throughout the hot cake by serving in a circular way, just dispose of the combination and it will take its shape).

When pockets begin developing on the top part of the hot cake....gently convenience the spatula under the hot cake and convert it.... don't pat down or media down the hot cake... it will damage the structure within.

Take it out on providing plate when done from both factors... drop walnut syrup or sweetie and a tsp. of butter.... provide with shot egg and appreciate.
