Homemade Red Velvet Cake Recipe

Ingredients

    2 tbsps butter, softenes
    6 tbsps sugar
    2 tbsps bitter cream
    2 tbsps defeated egg
    1 tbsp red liquid meals coloring
    3/4 tsp. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla flavor extract
    2/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tbsp cooking cocoa
    1/4 tsp. cooking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    FROSTING:
    2 tbsps plus 1-1/2 tsp all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup butter, softenes
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor extract

Directions

    In a normal size dish, lotion butter and glucose until light and comfortable. Defeat in the bitter lotion, egg, meals shading, white vinegar and vanilla flavor. Combine the flour, chocolate, everyday and salt; add to creamed combination alternatively with buttermilk.
    Add into three 5-in. x 3-in. x 2-in. lf dishes covered with cooking apply. Prepare at 350° for 14-18 moments or until a toothpick placed near the center comes out clean. Awesome for 10 moments before removing from dishes to cable shelves to relax completely.
