Chocolate Truffles Recipe

    14 oz. semisweet candy, divided
    1 cup heavy cooking cream
    1/3 cup butter, softened
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1/2 cup perfectly sliced pecans or nuts, toast


    Coarsely cut 12 oz. of chocolate; set aside. In a pot, warm lotion over low warm until pockets form around factors of the pan. Eliminate from the heat; add sliced candy, mixing until dissolved and sleek.
    Cool to 70 degrees. Mix in butter and draw out. Cover firmly and chill for at least 6 hours or until company.
