Chocolate Almond Brittle Recipe
Here in Kern Nation, there are a large number of miles of almond orchards. I like to research with recipes-always trying to come up with something new. This sweets is the consequence of changing, including and a lot of flavor examining (somebody had to do it!). I think it was rather well


    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup light maize syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 cup coarsely sliced almonds
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor extract
    1-1/2 tsp cooking soda
    3/4 lb dark or dairy products sweets candy coating


    In a 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish, merge the glucose, maize syrup and salt. Microwave, discovered, on great for 2-1/2 moments. Mix in almonds; prepare on great for 2-1/2 moments. Add the butter and vanilla; prepare on great for 1 minute.
