Caramel Pecan Candy Recipe

Ingredients

    1/3 cup plus 1/2 cup buter, split
    20 Oreo biscuits, crushed
    1 package (14 ounces) caramels
    3 glasses sliced pecans, toasted
    TOPPING:
    3/4 cup semisweet sweet chips
    3 tbsps butter
    3 tbsps heavy cooking cream
    3 tbsps light maize syrup
    3/4 tsp. vanilla flavor extract

Directions

    In a large pot, liquefy 1/3 cup butter over method heat; mix in the biscuit food crumbs. Press into an ungreased 9-in. rectangle cooking bowl. Prepare at 325° for 10-12 moments or until set. Awesome on a cable holder.
