Cappuccino Truffles Recipe
Ingredients

    1 tbsp steaming water
    2 tsp instant java granules
    2-1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, divided
    1/3 cup heavy cooking cream
    6 oz. bittersweet candy, chopped
    2 tbsps butter, softened
    3 tbsps sugar

Directions

    In a normal size dish, merge the the water, java and 1 tsp. cinnamon; set aside. In a little pot, bring lotion just to a steam. Eliminate from the heat; mix in candy and butter until sleek. Stir in java combination. Press plastic cover onto surface. Chill for 1 hour or until easy to handle.
    In a normal size dish, merge glucose and staying nutmeg. Shape candy into 1-in. balls; roll in cinnamon-sugar. Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm. Yield: 1-1/2 number of.
