Candy Bar Fudge Recipe
I created this formula to copy a wonderful rich fudge I tried in a shop while visiting our daughter," explains Jane Lou Link of Taylor Variety, Il.

    1/2 cup butter
    1/3 cup cooking cocoa
    1/4 cup loaded brownish sugar
    1/4 cup milk
    3-1/2 glasses confectioners' sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor extract
    30 caramels, unwrapped
    1 tbsp water
    2 glasses salted peanuts
    1/2 cup semisweet candy chips
1/2 cup dairy products candy chips

In a microwave-safe dish, merge the butter, chocolate, brownish glucose and dairy products. Microwave on great until combination comes, about 2 moments. Mix in confectioners' glucose and vanilla flavor. Add into a oiled 8-in. square dish.
In another microwave-safe dish, heat caramels and the water on great for 1-1/4 moments or until dissolved. Mix in peanuts; propagate over candy part. Microwave choc snacks on great for 30 seconds or until melted; propagate over caramel part. Cool until firm. Yield: 2-3/4 pounds.
