Butterscotch Gingerbread Cookies Recipe

    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup loaded brownish sugar
    2 eggs
    3 glasses all-purpose flour
    2 offers (3-1/2 oz. each) cook-and-serve butterscotch pudding mix
    3 tsp floor ginger
    1 tsp. cooking powder
    1 tsp. floor cinnamon


    In a large dish, lotion the butter and brownish glucose until light and comfortable. Defeat in the egg. Merge the flour, pudding blends, cinnamon, cooking powdered and cinnamon; progressively add to creamed combination and mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour or until easy to handle.
