Bakewell Cake

Bakewell Cake

150g (5oz) Butter, melted, plus additional for greasing
150g (5oz) caster Sugar
2 eggs
A few falls (not more than Ys tsp) of Almond Substance or extract
50ml (2fl oz) Milk
150g (5oz) self-raising flour, sifted
150g (5oz) floor Almonds
150g (5oz) fresh or frozen(and defrosted) raspberries
25g (loz) flaked Almonds
Sugar_gid15'>Icing Glucose, for dusting
Softly pulled Lotion and fresh freesh raspberries, to decorate
20cm (Sin) size dessert tin with
6cm (2-Xin) sides

How To Prepare Bakewell Cake :

1. Pre-heat the range to 180°C (350°F), Gas indicate 4, then butter the sides of the dessert tin and range the platform with a disk of cooking parchment.
