Aunt Rose's Fantastic Butter Toffee Recipe

    2 cups whole unblanched almonds (about 10 ounces), divided
    11 oz. milk items candies, divided
    2 remains lovely butter
    1 cup sugar
    3 tbsps. cold water

    Very quickly add mixture over almonds and candies. Propagate remaining candies over toffee; top with remaining almonds. Awesome and break into items. Yield: about 2 lbs.
